Booking is from Saturday to Saturday for week long lodging and you can book online. Rates include all linen, electric, heating and wood. Luxury accommodation in this cosy cottage with excellent facilities.

Weekly high season bookings should be made from Saturday to Saturday only.
For last minute accommodation bookings (less than 2 weeks from date) please contact us for a possible discount.
For bookings when 2 or less bedrooms will be utilised please contact us for a possible discount.
For shorter stays for a minimum of 3 days in the mid to low seasons please contact us.
For stays for a minimum of 5 days in the high seasons please contact us.
Check in time is 3pm and house must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Thank you for your understanding.

Please consider that bunkhouses in the Cairngorm area can charge 650 to 800 pounds per week for just 6 people staying.
Bed and breakfasts, Guesthouses and Hotels can charge anywhere from 1000 to 1500 pounds and upwards for the same privilege.
If you have a party of six or more people or have several children and / or pets then self catering would work out more economical and more practical than bunkhouses, B&Bs, guest houses or hotels even for that mini or last minute break.
