Booking is from Saturday to Saturday for week long lodging and you can book online. Rates include all linen, water, electric, heating and wood for our wood burning stove. Luxury accommodation in this cosy cottage with excellent facilities.

Please contact us for the following special deals and discounts:
- For last minute accommodation bookings (less than 2 weeks from date).
- For bookings when 2 or less bedrooms will be utilised.
- For shorter stays for a minimum of 3 days in the mid to low seasons.
- For shorter stays for a minimum of 5 days in the high season.
Please consider that bunkhouses in the Cairngorm area can charge 650 to 800 pounds per week for just 6 people staying.
Bed and breakfasts, Guesthouses and Hotels can charge anywhere from 1000 to 1500 pounds and upwards for the same privilege.
If you have a party of six or more people or have several children and / or pets then self catering would work out more economical and far more practical than bunkhouses, B&Bs, guest houses or hotels even for that mini or last minute break.
Check in time is 3pm and house must be vacated by 10am on day of departure to allow for cleaning prior to new guests arriving that afternoon. Thank you for your understanding.
